Alan Hartstein, DPM – Palm Beach Podiatrist
Dr. Hartstein is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and he is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He graduated on the Dean’s List and with honors from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1989 and completed his two year surgical residency as the Chief Resident at Peninsula and Beekman Downtown Hospitals in New York City. He is a Certified Wound Care Specialist from the American Academy of Wound Management and a participating physician at the Wound Healing Center at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Dr. Hartstein is Board Certified by The American Academy of Podiatric Surgery. He has been the Chief of the Podiatry Section, Department of Surgery at St. Mary’s and Good Samaritan Hospitals for the past twelve years. He is a former President of the Palm Beach County Podiatric Medical Association and a member in good standing of the Florida and American Podiatric Medical Associations. Dr. Hartstein was named the Young Practitioner of the Year in Florida by The Florida Podiatric Medical Association in 1998. He has been practicing in West Palm Beach since 1992 and is on the surgical staff of seven hospitals in Palm Beach County.
